Our Kitchen Installation Process
- Initial consultation. Use our Booking Link to schedule a phone call/video call/home visit at a time that suits.
- Layout & design. With the help of our 20 plus years design experience & practical "real life" knowledge we can create unique 2D/3D designs.
- Product selection. Uilizing brochures and our collection of over 300 door and worksurface & flooring samples, we will help you make the right choices.
- Final stage. Once you are happy with the your choices and the price is agreed we will ask for a 20% deposit in order to secure your installation date.
- Schedule of works. At this stage we can now issue you with a full schedule of works and timelines so there are no surprises.
Timelines
- Home measure. Typicaly this will be booked 3-7 days in advance.
- Kitchen design. Depending on the levell of complexity and the requirements for 2D/3D/Virtual Reality, 5-7 days.
- Kitchen quotation. 2-7 days
- Project start. 2-8 weeks
- Installation completion. Basic kitchen only installs 3-5 days. Complex/arge installs 5-10 days. Full projects - 2-4 weeks
Costs
- Basic kitchen install. £1000 - £1500
- Large/complex kitchen installs. £1500 - £3000.
- Electrics & plumbing. £600 - £1500
There are obviously other costs involved in a full kitchen refurbishment such as removal/disposal, making good, plastering, flooring, tiling & structural work if required/requested. The good news is that unlike most companies Shaun Davies Home Solutions is able to carry out all the work required including liasing with Gas Safe engineers and Architects if required.
