Lower Barns is a fabulous boutique B&B, nestled in a hidden corner of Cornwall, close to the sea and within walking distance of The Lost Gardens of Heligan. It is the perfect place to be spoilt, with indulgence and inspired design everywhere you turn. The hotel has a free outdoor hot tub and onsite massage service ( to be booked and paid for separately).
Anyone spending over £7,000 on a kitchen with us, will be eligible for a mid-week one night stay, and those spending over £15,000 on a kitchen with us can enjoy a two night break. Spend applies to kitchen product only, labour is excluded. The offer is for a single or twin room only, with breakfast included.
